| Typing - 70 hours |
| Take your typing to the speed of a professional! |
| Typing speed has become a requirement for most jobs. Our course will make you a professional at typing achieving 40 words per minute. This course is very flexible and you can practice at your convenience in our lab room. |
| Personal Computers - 220 hours |
| Become computer savvy! |
| Learn how to write letters, memos, reports, print labels, banners, draw graphics, charts, presentations and more. We give you plenty of time to practice each one of the subjects. Our lab rooms are available all day and you count on the assistance of an instructor all day long. |
| Includes: Computer basics, Microsoft Office basics, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. |
| Office Skills - 190 hours |
| All you need to know to be successful in an office environment! |
| Being proficient in office procedures is KEY to effectively function in today's workplace regardless of position or type of business. With this course you will learn the practical procedures and the rules of etiquettete to perform in a professional manner. |
| Includes: Successful employee abilities, the email and the internet, processing mail, filing systems, telephone skills, working with numbers and data, business writing, office procedures and terminology, working under stress and how to deal with difficult situations. |
| Customer Service - 50 hours |
| Everyone is your customer: Learn to master the art of customer service! |
| Quality customer service is THE SKILL that will make you successful no matter what you do or where you are. With this course you will understand the fundamentals, learn the techniques and have plenty of practice. |
| Includes: quality customer service, the CSR role, the customer's style, the eight customer needs, communication skills, dealing with difficult customers, telephone etiquette, managing conflict, customer service on the web, using email, how to sell service. |
| Job Search and Employability Skills |
| How to find the job you want, and to become the best at it! |

| MRI provides students with 3 weeks of work experience in a real office environment. Many students have been hired after this opportunity. You can use it as a reference, and also include it in your resume as work experience. |
