Course description The course, part of a customized training program, is designed to provide students with a basic working knowledge of computers in general and of the basic components of Microsoft Office 20000 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). ○ The emphasis is on practical experience, the learning by doing and an emphasis on how to use the extensive help support system ○ Utilizes instructor to provide introduction, start up and to answer questions ○ Students utilize extensive interactive computer training to practice what was learned ○ Students complete series of exercisesMaterial used: ○ Interactive CD training Office 2000 ○ Interactive CD training specific components ○ Interactive exercises ○ Case studies ○ Manuals ○ Instructor support as needed and periodic classroom presentations
