MRI presently offers a number of Individual Training Accounts (ITAs) programs, approved by the South Florida Workforce and the State of Florida. Click under each Program to see details. Programs consists of courses o components. They are shown under each Program outline | ||

| 1.- Personal computer (PC) basics | Self paced, supported by classroom instruction, designed to develop advanced computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, graphics, and desktop publishing | 230 hrs 8 weeks |
| 2.- Word processing | To prepare the participant for employment as an entry level word processor operator using Microsoft WORD, the standard in the industry | 150 hrs 5 weeks |
| 3.- Medical Billing and coding | To provide students with working knowledge of medical billing software, coding, terms, ICPT, HIPPA, conditions and applications. Participants will use Medisoft, an industry leader | 150 hrs 6 weeks |
| 4. Medical Billing Technology | Same as #3 (Medical billing and coding), plus #1 (PC basics) and Keyboarding | 520 hrs 14 weeks |
| 5- Basic Office clerical skills | Learn the skills needed to work in different office situations. Touch type, retrieve data, file documents, customer service, telephone techniques, data entry and analysis, etc. | 220 hrs 8 weeks |
| 6. Office Technology | Same as #5 above plus #1(PC Basics) and typing | 600 hrs 20 weeks |
| 7.- Customer service | Develop customer service skills, telephone skills. Transform attitudes, beliefs, and expectations to think more effectively and reinforce own sense of self-worth | 50 hrs 2 weeks |
| 8. Customer service specialist | Learn the skills needed to work in different office situations, including computers, typing and all related office skills concentrating in dealing with the customer. Transform attitudes, beliefs, and expectations to think more effectively and reinforce own sense of self-worth | 650 hrs 22 weeks |
| 9.- Basic Web page design | Prepare the student to be able to design and implement simple WEB pages utilizing appropriate application software. Students will use Microsoft Front Page. | 120 hrs 4 weeks |
