Attitude Development | Replacement of undesirable attitudes such that the participants think and act in terms of their full potential (human behaviorists tell us that most individuals perform at 3% to 25% of their potential). |
Human Relations Skills | Effective use of communication, problem solving, decision making, planning, organizing and managing skills which will directly affect their performance. |
Goal Setting | Used to motivate participants to use those skills and attitudes, in addition to having them put together a plan for their lives and business, which will take them from where they are now to where they want to go. |
