A.- OBJECTIVES AND SUMMARY The Management Development Program is designed to benefit both the individual and the organization through a comprehensive development process. The three basic components of this process are:
Human Relations Skills: Effective use of communication, problem solving, decision making, planning, organizing and managing skills which will directly affect their subordinates performance. Goal Setting: Used to motivate participants to use those skills and attitudes, in addition to having them put together a plan for their lives and business, which will take them from where they are now to where they want to go. |

B.- DURATION AND MATERIALS Approximately 10 weekly workshop and facilitation sessions of 2-1/2 hours each. Each participant will receive a Textbook, 14 sessions in audio cassettes, an action plan notebook and the annual review notebook. C.- PROCESS: This program is administered over a three-month period.
