| Personality Assessment | a self analysis to identify the Physicians natural temperament, its strengths and weaknesses, and identify if the doctors personality differs from the leadership behavior demanded of physicians. |
| Quality and Customer | the understanding and knowledge necessary to deal with patients in a caring, effective manner according to their expectations, outlines the components of Quality, and the steps involved in providing "Quality Service". |
