    • is designed to provide the participant with a working knowledge of operational Time Management and an awareness of attitudinal concepts for getting control of your life and achieving higher levels of success professionally and personally.
    • is based on the concept that time management is not a time management issue; it is an attitude issue, a matter of choices, a way of life.
    • provides the basis for a person to achieve and gain control of his/her life by developing positive attitudes, establishing goals in the personal and professional life, and providing practical time-saving techniques.
    • it includes basic techniques on goal setting and tools to change unproductive time management habits.

      The three basic components of this process are:

      • Attitude Development: Replacement of undesirable attitudes such that the participants think and act in terms of their full potential.
      • Human Relations Skills: Effective use of time management skills to help control your activities and the time required to support them.
      • Goal Setting: Used to motivate participants to use those skills and attitudes, in addition to having them put together a plan, which will take them where they want to go.
